Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, we ask that customers notify Peak Provider in advance of NDIS Sales Masterclasses of NDIS Marketing Masterclasses.
If the customer has attended one of the Masterclasses and is dissatisfied with the event, then we are able to offer a full refund.
If the customer has attended one of the Masterclasses and is satisfied with the event, then we are not able to offer a refund.
The 8 Week Growth Program has its own associated terms and conditions that are addressed outside of this policy.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can only refund the original purchaser of the gifted event.
